Do I need to print the voucher?
Usually not. Show the e-voucher on your phone at the venue unless the product notes say otherwise.
Can I get a refund?
If we can't issue your ticket, you get a full refund. After issue, the supplier's cancellation policy applies — see each product's cancellation section.
